We want you and your pet to be happy with your order. If you're not satisfied, you can return any unused item in its original condition within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
Please note that sale items and custom orders are final sale.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right.
